Closed when I got there 20 mins ago at 8 a.m, although it clearly says they are open from 7 a.m online and on the cafe front. No notice or anything saying they are closed.

As ever with this Nero branch, the staff are rude, tables filled with dirty trays and food/drink mess. Fortunately we didn’t have to sit near the mess as their systems were down not allowing any form of points or memberships to be used. After making ours (and other customers drinks) they wanted to charge £8 as supposed to £2. This isn’t the first time it’s happened it’s becoming a regular occurrence. The staff were not at all apologetic, possibly due to their incompetence or lack of willing to honour their own advertised deals.

Nice spacious Nero serving the same quality of coffee and hot chocolate that we have come to love. Service were efficient and staff very friendly. Plenty of seating including seats outside.
