I had a wonderful experience at Caffè Nero Nottingham. The drinks were fantastic both hot and cold options were great, but the hot chocolate really stood out. It had an amazing, rich taste that I genuinely enjoyed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a lovely music selection that created a peaceful vibe perfect for unwinding and taking a break. Love coffees from Cafe Nero and a treat we enjoy when shopping in town. Coffees were great but the barrista (today, morning, dark hair) was one of the rudest I've ever come across. I didn't take her name, but her attitude was terrible but shouted at us about their wrong ticketing on the cakes - as if we were the idiots that did it and were now inconveniencing her. Would avoid this store if you want nice service. Plenty of other Neros to choose from.

The nicest barista in town. I was welcomed by this lovely chap at the counter, outside they had the poster announcing Guatemala coffee so I decided to enter to try it. When I asked him about this coffee he had a great knowledge of this product and gave me lots of information and the best way to taste it. He is Italian besides being a barista so he knows a lot of coffee by his culture and his profession. The place was tidy and cozy. The other staff was very polite and friendly. Great place to go for a proper coffee.

It's my favourite Nero in Nottingham, as the upstairs is quite chilled, comfy seats and usually peaceful. It's a shame they close the upstairs down really early and cram you on the ground floor next to the toilets.
