I usually enjoy Caffe Nero but I wish there was more consistency with their brews. A cappuccino should have approx 1cm of milky froth on top, not a thin layer! Wilfred was upset but we still enjoyed the coffee

I have just left the Caffe Nero here on Bridlesmith Gate and I just have to leave a review as the service in this place is absolutely 10/10 every single time! Each and every member of staff are always so friendly, polite and give service with a smile regardless of how busy it can get in there! It is so refreshing to see that great service does still exist in the hospitality industry and would highly recommend anyone visit here should they want a quick stop for some light lunch 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For great coffee and early coffee this is the place, there was a que of morning people heading to work all after coffee, however the wait is worth it, a rich and deep smooth taste to the latte and the cup kept it hot till I got to work
