I ordered a quick Cafe Mocha to go and was pleasantly surprised with the drink. It was good and hot, unlike most places serving lukewarm drinks for hot these days. The coffee had a slight burnt aroma, but the sort I enjoy. The chocolate was great, not too sweet, not too dark. The staff is nice and polite. All in all, I was happy with the whole experience. 😇🤍

The lady with glasses who has a tied up curly hair, her attitude is the worst I've ever seen. Given a few eye roll after I ordered my drink, I am being nice to her. She put my coffee down really hard and spilled out, she just threw a piece of paper on the table and stood there without apologise. WHAT IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE??? It happened at 10May 3pm

Its very calm place. chairs are comfortable. there is nice food and nice drinks. You can sit and work for hours. And There is an outside place you can sit in the nice weather.

Excellent location. If the weather is good enough, don't hesitate to sit outside. Still, they have large seating area inside over multiple floors. Quick service with friendly smiling faces. I tried sandwiches which were tasty and they warmed them up. Their coffee is as good as it gets. As always at Neros
