Have been coming here for around a 1.5 years and this is by far my favorite location for both sitting in and take away. Staff are always so friendly and work at an incredible pace, even during rushed i’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes for my drink. On top of that, even during rushes my drink has always been delicious and made with care and correctly. Staff are always happy to help with questions and very patient.

Needed a coffee and a sweet treat whilst out and about in Perth. A small seating area outside on the High Street. Seating inside the coffee shop too on the ground and first floor. Staff were friendly and not a long wait to take our order. The coffee shop itself, could do with the staff cleaning up more regulary and clearing tables etc. Good enough coffee and sweet treat but nothing special. Have had a few deliveries on Deliveroo too from Caffè Nero but only when deals have been on.

Of all the high street coffee chains Nero has the best coffee. This one in Perth is a pleasant wee cafe with plenty of seating at ground level and upstairs. Staff always pleasant and polite.
