Alec and Graham served me and I wish I can give them 100 stars for there service but the app have only 5 stars, thank for the smile while serving customers and trust me, you give the best service best CUSTOMER service, everybody’s happy when they come. I see their faces when they say hello to you so definitely five stars to you guys for your service.

Never expect too much from the chains but first thing I notice was they use Freshways milk, which is not great milk at all. Tastes like gone-off bones. The mocha I ordered was ok, but watery. I asked for extra shot, but it didn't taste like one was added. I been to much better Nero's. My advice: Make your own. :D

Really friendly and helpful staff. Especially like the cakes and always have a beautiful dirty chai made for me 👌They've recently had a refurb of the shop and it's light and airy and still very welcoming. The toilets have also had a great spruce up 🙌🙌👌👌
