I like that this Nero cafe has a good space, however I never managed to find my chicken sandwich in this branch, much to my disappointment with some other food items missing of there shelves, also the size of there drinks appears to come baby size, compared to other cafes I mean come on!! apart from that Staff are friendly and helpful

I ordered through Just Eat and I’m extremely disappointed. It was a very simple order, just a panini and a latte, yet it has taken more than an hour and it still hasn’t arrived. I live only five minutes away from the shop, which makes this delay even more frustrating and confusing. I honestly don’t understand what’s going on. I regret placing this order and feel completely ignored as a customer. This experience has been unacceptable and I definitely wouldn’t order again.
