The crew at the Spalding outlet are fantastic. I work within the outlet centre itself and help run a retail clothing store so I know what great customer service is, and the crew at Nero certainly give this 100%. Every time I go in to get my tea & coffees, the staff always remember my previous and regular requests. The atmosphere in their establishment is always really nice and that’s why I always return. Top marks for all the staff at Spalding! 10/10.

Ordered a large white hot chocolate and large black coffee pay to take away, they asked twice if i want cream and marshmellows in the white hot chocolate!!! start driving home only to find a normal hot choclate had been made. Gutted as hate hot chocolate only drink white hot chocolate. £5.25 wasted and no i didnt turn around and park and pay for parking.

They only had one lady working at the time and a line was forming. After ordering we got our drink quickly but the panini and porridge took about 10 minutes. The service needs improving.
