Such a lovely caffe place! Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. It was very nice for me to go and study there with a delicious chai latte and waffle. Especially after 2pm is very quiet upstairs. I hope this caffe Nero will have money for upgrades becouse it's such a nice location. St Helens city centre deserve that! I know from many people that they coming back there nearly every day, that much they love to be there! ✨

The experience I had Café Nero was brilliant. The staff were absolutely lovely name Stacey and Mollie and gave me suggestions on what I should have. My wife and I were absolutely surprised when we thought the drinks were just as nice as Starbucks maybe even better.
