Kind staff ☀️ They have been welcoming, nice and polite when I ordered my Mocha coffee and paid using the QR code from Octopus Energy app. They offered me once to try different coffee beans as well. Thank you, it is pleasant to be here. They also try to prevent waste and use Too Good To Go app, where their pastries and sandwiches are sold for a low price as otherwise those would be binned at the end of the day. They made an exception and shared more food with me (2 bags in total). I have ADHD disability and am forgetful, so might get the manager's name wrong. I think his name is George. I th

I was meeting a friend at the local Nero at the top of Sutton High Street and chose a mozzarella and tomato grilled sandwich to eat in. I asked for it to be toasted, but the girl at the counter (the one wearing a head covering) started tossing the sandwich quite high in the air and catching it repeatedly with one hand while calling her colleague over to put it under the grill. At one point, I genuinely thought she was going to drop it. I don’t think this is an appropriate way to handle a customer’s food. Excellent Café. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate muffin and got it basically instantly. Muffin was amazing but a napkin would’ve been nice since it made such a mess haha. Coffee was good and theres a large assortment of food. Tables were clean, there is air conditioning inside since its warm, and it wasn’t busy. Definitely recommend to everyone!
