This Caffè Nero is genuinely one of the best cafés in the area. The coffee is consistently excellent, rich, smooth, and full of flavor every single time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax, meet friends, or focus on work and studying. Whenever I visit it always feels like a comfortable and friendly environment. I come to cafe Nero quite often and get the same order every time which is a vanilla iced latte. After being handed a hot coffee and politely asked for the ice latte as the order was wrong. I was met with a sigh and an annoyed look. Once my order was corrected it was nothing like what it usually is. No vanilla shot, just what tastes like watery milk. Very disappointed as this is not the usual experience which I have at cafe Nero.

When hygiene slips, leadership is responsible. Unacceptable Hygiene for a Business Meeting Management Must Act. We chose this branch for a relaxed business catch-up, expecting the usual reliable standard associated with the brand. Unfortunately and regretfully the experience was extremely disappointing and depressing. The café was visibly dirty. Several tables were stained and uncleared, used cups and plates had been left sitting for a considerable time, and the general floor area looked neglected. The toilets were also absolutely below an acceptable hygiene standard. This kind of negligence

I usually only drink chai lattes at Caffè Nero and consider them the best compared to other chains. However, the one I had at this branch was a real disappointment. Even though I selected “sit in,” my drink was served in a takeaway cup. The flavour was very weak — it tasted like hot water with a bit of sugar, lacking the rich, aromatic taste I expect. I was genuinely disappointed.
