Extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and discriminatory service. ​I visited this branch today (26/04) around 4 PM. The female staff member was incredibly rude. We generally visit two to three times a week. While the coffee and hot chocolate are consistently good, it's the staff and atmosphere that keep us coming back. The background music is just that, background. You can hear it and enjoy it without it getting in the way of conversations (or meetings). The staff know what we order but always ask/double check. The only let down is the food. It doesn't carry the full menu and after lunch, the choices can be limited.
