Went for my morning coffee today but when I opened it the creamer was curdled, I tried to mix it up because sometimes the coffee is just too hot but it wouldn't mix so I brought it inside to have them remade..who I am assuming is the manager was rude off rip and said they weren't curdled before even opening them, and that they are all drinking the same coffee back there and they just changed the creamer....I will say it was hard to see the cream floating at the top in the lighting at the counter so they remake them and when I get back outside and open them...curdled again..so I took a picture

Have been there three times in the last week, and every time they give me stale old bakery items. I have gotten ice caps that were clearly made incorrectly or with spoiled ingredients. May be only timmy hos on earth where you can consistently get bad bakery items. Basically a breakfast food taco bell. Possibly store their muffins in shoes or something based on taste. Just go to any of the 30 other tims on the Blvd so you don't waste your hard earned bread.

I have paid for a breakfast menu sausage,Egg and cheese on a English muffin but they provide me egg make English muffin with in a bite I have noticed and took back the manager Name Jessica not sure she lied about her name was so rude and pretended like eaten she is the one of the worst experience I ever had please stay away from this location

The place does not deserve one star. The worker was rude and impolite, acting in his absence and yelling at me. I ordered a small cup of coffee and two creams only. When she left the road, the coffee was not good. So I respectfully returned to talk to her from the window. She was yelling and upset and telling me not to come back again. Does she have the right to treat customers like this? I hope the manager in charge of the place sees this complaint against the female worker. I am really shocked by her bad treatment. I will never return to this place ever.
