I love Tim Hortons but this was by far the worst service I've ever gotten! I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive thru to pick it up they gave me a small instead of medium iced capp and then I was asked to pull around and someone would bring my sandwich out I sat for almost 10 minutes waiting before going in to get the sandwich that had been sitting there for who knows how long and the staff while polite didn't seem to be able to work together very well!

Ordered a 20 pack of assorted Timbits received 10 of the blueberry and 10 of the birthday cake. It would be nice if they could let people know that’s all they had.

Went in and asked for cruellers asked for a dozen and the girl said we can’t the glazer is down. But the other location said they will make them but here they rather not get business. Only 30 mins to do for the other location this one is too busy and the customer is an inconvenience so sorry you’re in the retail and customer service business but don’t want to do it. Will not come to this location and will have others go elsewhere. Only two people inside drive thru has no service.

I struggled to spend a $50 gift card here over time. Every visit, something was wrong. Many times the employee fixed it, but plenty of the problems never should’ve happened. I prefer the dark roast coffee. Late morning, I asked the employee if it was fresh. If not, I’d be happy to wait. Instead, he poured the coffee and walked straight to the microwave with it. The Tim Horton’s slogan is ‘Always Fresh.’ Not sure what this location’s slogan is. The second location in town unfortunately doesn’t honor loyalty cards or gift cards. Sad biscuit photo attached.
