SHERRI JONES★★★★★This is the the absolute best bojangles I've been to in years!!! Yes we might had to wait on some fresh chicken but it was worth it. As we are waiting the service came out checked on us even brought us fresh drinks! Absolutely the best customer service and mmmm mmmm mmmm that chicken! This bojangles really needs to be recognized and rewarded bc you just dont get this anymore especially in fast food!
Yolanda★I just recently went to the Bojangles on the corner of Garrison and Union Road and ordered the six-piece Bo Bites they told me I had to wait 6 minutes because they were cooking them so I pulled to the front waited about six minutes or so the lady brought my food out so when I get home there were two fresh Bo Bites and the rest look like they have been up all day and they were so hard I cound not eat them. This is very disappointing because you spend your hard earned money to get food and I don't usually order fast food all the time but when I do I would like to have fresh food that's edible.
David Epley★★The service is always good and friendly. We didn't eat inside but as far as the outside 'atmosphere" goes, it's always clean. My main issue was the supremes were not too supreme, they were very small - just a strip of pieces of chicken. Maybe 2 bites each per piece. I didn't realize until I got home and opened the box. Pitiful.

I tried those bites they were cooked so hard I couldn't even eat them. Asked for hot fries with extra seasoning, I got cold fries with no seasoning at all.
