Ok. Food is good if the owner makes it. Everyone else making it is a very bad food. Photos included of the dark plate was made by the owner- delicious, the other plate without color and taste was some other chef. My husband didnt want to complaint but still gave them the feedback and paid. The other thing which is EXTREMELY annoying is that they automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill if you sit and eat, not for take out obvi, but gratuity should be something i want to give the server for a good service, not because I HAVE TO!!! Always wanted to try this place because I love Ecuadorian food. But to say it was a disappointment is an understatement! The chicken chicken was like weeks old, probably frozen for months, and overall it was disgustingly salty. If you want truly good food, go to Bonanza across the way. Their food is exceptional and consistent.
