This was my first visit to Tim Horton’s ever, and will probably remain the worst. I ordered a medium s’mores iced latte and a chocolate dip donut, and my sister ordered the exact same thing, both of us intending to use our free MEDIUM drink reward on our app. She got rang up first, the reward did not work and the cashier didn’t let her know. She didn’t demand a refund, but she asked what we could do to make it work for my purchase. He didn’t respond, so I went ahead and gave him my order in which he proceeded to just stare at me for 30 seconds after I was done ordering, like he was waiting for

April 8, 2026 I entered around 6:00 pm in the evening and ordered a chicken wrap from a thin young blonde staff from shift 3 that took my order with a sour expression and bad attitude. Fine, so this wasn't being a good day for her, I could understand that, but it is when I went back up to order a medium size frozen hot chocolate that things went from bad to worse. I had ordered many times in the past a frozen hot chocolate and it was thick and creamy like a malt with a thick layer of whip cream on top. She handed me what appeared to be a watery mess with a thin sliver of whip cream on top.

Drive thru is absolutely rude! The girl rushed us through our order and interrupted us on top of having a nasty tone the entire time. We ended up cutting our order short just to leave. Won't use this location moving forward.

Waited 20 minutes for a hot French vanilla cap at least it was only 3.50 cause I left their pumping put orders dont get me wrong but clearly not my cheap instant done drink. Sad learn customer service
