Every day I wake up hungry. So hungry. And sad. Because of the hunger. But as I get in my car and start heading to work, I start to get excited. Joyous, because I know my hunger will be perfectly satiated at this Tim Hortons. I get to the speaker and I hear a lovely voice greeting me, excited for me to be there. I pull up to the window to see Miss Robin, smiling and asking how I am. Within 40 seconds I have my beautiful coffee, my fresh never frozen English muffin, and my perfectly glazed timbit assortment. Ordered a steak wrap. Its suppose to come with lettuce, tomato Chipotle sauce and lettuce and cheddar. I received 1 scoop of steak and 2 pieces of american cheese. This is by far the most pathetic tim Hortons Iv ever ordered from. The fact the ownership sees these terrible reviews and does nothing shows alot about this management. I will be reaching out to the health and safety department to do a full investigation on this establishment falsifying food orders.

Every time I try to go to this location to walk in the lobby has been locked. I only ever try when it is actively open. Sorry I can't drive. There is never a note on the door stating that the lobby is closed, but the last 15 times I tried to go inside the lobby has been closed. I can't be that unlucky to be going every time they are short staffed.

Lord they have roaches ! Roach leg in my drink! Glad i opened it but i already consumed some . Disgusting.
