Food is amazing when freshly prepared but it seems to be the standard to have to wait 5 minutes or more and go inside to obtain that quality. I will say the items I select regularly are sort of "Made to order" however the non multi tasking abilities or expectations delays the preparation time another 2 to 3 mins. Service varies from shift to shift and store to store and atmosphere is not inviting anymore. I remember watching old couples and veterans meet up at locations regularly to eat and hang out. Haven't seen that in a while.

This is my 3rd trip to a Bojangles in 3 days and it’s the same issue. All I asked for was a fresh medium fry, and a large tea. The lady handling money and handing out food was nice, but I used to work at Bojangles and a simple eye test would show those fries weren’t made fresh or at the very least dropped for a minute to be hot. A quart through them, and the fries are discolored, cold and stale. It’s insulting for consumers to face higher costs, for lower quality service.

I don't where to begin. First, my greeting was about as dry as the Sahara desert. Then, I noticed that management here just don't give a damn! Mold growth on vending machine (pictures reflect this). My sandwich looked to had another sandwich wrapped in it as there shredded cheese pieces inside of my wrapper (photos provided). Over cooked Bo rounds (more photos). None of the tables have been wiped down (and when I say there's nobody inside the store when I arrived, there was nobody here).
