Went to drive thru and ordered my food. Cashier said that the chicken was not ready that it would be five minutes. Pull to curbside. 20 minutes later I go in to get a refund and the manager said that she can’t just be given away money!!!!( didn’t get my receipt) after paying. There was a man after me with the same problem!!!! AT THIS POINT JUST SHUT DOWN. Cashier also stated that they were short staff, but that’s not my problem. If you don’t have enough staff to run your establishment, close the doors until you do. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT

The young lady at the register as well as every other worker I played eyes on were doing amazing. This location gets busy and people get rude sadly. But they take it in stride and do their very best. Me& my daughter ate a late breakfast here and I enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. Lovely workers and great food. One of the enjoyments of Salisbury.

We went inside to order a 12pc tailgate box. Only 5 of us in my family. The cashier said it would be a 30 minute wait for the chicken. We said that was fine but we want the rest of the order now while the chicken is being cooked. For our 3 sides we get rice and two sides of rice. We paid and got two large cups of iced tea that is “equal to” the half gallon of tea because they didn’t have it in the regular plastic half gallon. Next problem, we were told they only have enough of one side of rice so they told us we would have to wait for the other side but it would be ready at the same time the c

TERRIBLE!!! There was no one in line… we drive up order a 20 piece bucket. Was told it would be 15 minutes… no problem at all! EXCEPT it was an HOUR and again, never had a big line or anything!! 🤯 They didn’t even START it until we walked in after 45 minutes of waiting in our car from them telling us to pull around. Then, we still were kind, they put our order on counter and just pointed at it and walked away. Then, we kindly asked if this was everything, and they rudely said, “if it’s on the receipt it’s in the bag!”. Warning… don’t waste your time or your patience at this location.
