I go to the Tim Hortons off Clinton and harlem road off the border of West Seneca. When I go to this location it's always loud and rude to others that are customers. And are very un sanitary to eat at. As a younger person that worked with the ACF and the food safe serve safe and health inspections through the food industry. I clean very good and these days the food industry fast food or not unsafe and not clean. Not professional. If anyone comes and sees me. The employees lie to you and tell you that they no longer sell the Snack wrap, when it is on there menu, and all other Tim hortons do!!! They don't prepare your food right in the mornings!!. I asked for the Bacon, scrambled loaded wrap (read it word for word at thr drive through)!!! Got to work They give me a farmer's wrap, immediately went back and the girl at the counter argued with me about the different type of wraps they have, when I told her I read it word for word off the menu, she continued to argue with me, but offered to make a new one, the correct one, that had the hash brown in it.

Got to the drive through and i felt rushed to order my food, i ordered a bacon everything bagel with egg and cheese, the bacon was almost raw and had a surprise of eggshells in my sandwich. Hopefully i don't get sick from this.

I just went thru the drive thru with my son. The girl at the window was very sweet and nice but there was another employee that I believe was taking orders and running for food there that was the rudest person I’ve encountered in my 45 years. I was left speechless. I never do these reviews but I had to take the time out of my day to review this establishment because of her. She was yelling rudely out of the drive thru window about something completely unnecessary to yell about.
