This place is pretty good but don't order a cold brew. I got one and it was inedible, I actually had to throw it out. Going to stick to my usual drinks from now on. Their menu also doesn't necessarily reflect what they currently have. They tend to skimp on how much they put on the bagels as well. I don't even like a lot on my bagel but it seems they just barely coat it. This is consistent as well. I do go out of my way to go to this location in Taylor rather than the telegraph location because of the consistency. Staff usually friendly.

I placed a mobile order, it was hectic and in the morning I just wanted to give props for the morning crew on Wednesday April 22nd even though I had an attitude just from lack of sleep so I apologize. They handled the rush with Grace and patience you guys are very lucky to have a crew like this Best I have seen in a long time :)

This location is absolutely wonderful. I accidentally left my wallet at home and came back a little less than 10 mins later and they were honestly so sweet about it. I know from many years of working in the restaurant business that, that can be a pain sometimes. On top of the amazing service, my food was absolutely delicious. It wasn't one of them small sandwiches either lol. I got the breakfast wrap which I'm sure isn't the most fun to make lol. Thank you guys for making my day!

Watch what you hand the cashier. They pulled the okie-doke on my wife today.my wife went and got us some food with a "gift card" today.brand new just got it from a family member for Christmas. Any way the young lady at the window. Asked my wife "did you just pay using a gift card?" My wife said yes.the girl then starts looking around for a card that magically disappeared and then starts patting her pockets and checking like she missed placed it.
