Ordered 4 piece chicken tender supreme box and two kid supreme meals. The fries were hard, cold, and downright disgusting. I ordered a Bo-size Bo-round and received fries that had been sitting for who knows how long. The chicken was pink on the inside but it was too dry and chewy to eat it anyway. $40 well wasted and still end up having to cook. You know it’s bad when your kids won’t eat it. This Bojangles is worse than the Spencer, NC one. Really needs new management as the last time I ordered from here, they said it would be five minutes on the bo-rounds. I said I would wait. Waited 15 minut

Went there tonight. A mistake I make often with this location. Last time I went they told me it would be 30 minute wait after I ordered. It did not take that long but it was almost like they wanted me to say that I wouldn't wait. They are out of 3 items that I ordered tonight. No biggie, I changed my order to accommodate. I also wanted 2 bo berry biscuits. The girl working asked the other girl if I was really going to wait on the biscuits and sucking her teeth like it would be the death of her to make them. The girl at the window asked if I was going to wait because it would be at least 15 min

I don’t normally care enough to do this. I know what to expect at this Bojangles. I know if I’m coming through here before work, to do it when I have extra time and I’m not gonna be freaking out about how long it took. Some mornings I luck out and it’s a fairly quick transaction. I know that if it’s a certain woman at the window on good days I’ll get a Luke warm (at best) interaction. That’s fine it’s 3-4 minutes of my life I’ll usually forget about and move on. Some mornings the interaction is cold, but this morning was just enough to rub me the wrong way. She was so focused on pushing me out
