I visit this location pretty often for breakfast, but this morning was terrible. I ordered, got to the window and paid. I watched them bag my biscuit & rounds, and the lady asked one of the younger guy workers for the side of gravy I ordered. She asked me to pull forward and they’d bring it out. Okay, fine. I sat in my car for 15 minutes. The only thing that wasn’t in my bag when I drove away from the window was gravy. 15 mins for gravy? I mean if it was frozen and not ready, just say that. I would’ve been fine without it. But I ended up having to drive away because sitting there caused me to

The reason I gave 2 star rating is because, I ask the young lady for some grape jelly.I was standing right in front of her and she set it on a tray,could've handed to me Plus I had to grab my own receipt off counter. Please do better training.
