Went through drive thru to pickup a mobile order! Told the person at the speaker I was picking up a mobile order for someone else. Get to the window and I am asked by a young girl that mumbled and appeared she was either drunk or high if my order was a coffee. Told her that it was a mobile order and the name. She gave me the drinks in a drink carrier and asks me to pull around to wait for my food. No problem! I am next in line for my food when the person that brings it out asks if I was waiting for a certain sandwich. For the third time I say I am picking up a mobile order and give the name. I

This Tim Hortons location is truly a great place for me. The staff who work in the mornings are so friendly and nice. I absolutely love their cinnamon croissant muffins (I stop by almost every morning just for those muffins!). I had a slightly embarrassing situation at the checkout, but the employee in the gray shirt (I don't know her name) helped me a lot. My son really needed that muffin to help him recover from his cold. I was so embarrassed, but I was so grateful for her help. See you again every morning! 😍😁

Their regular coffee always tastes burnt and gross so I decided to try something different and this is what I got. Life is too expensive to put up with poor quality and bad service like this anymore. The picture at the top left is what cold foam is supposed to look like on Tim Horton’s own menu. The two other pictures are what I got. It is also lime green in color, it’s not looking green in the picture but in person it looks like matcha color or something similar. When I asked why it looked like that the girl at the window who could not stop yawning and looked like she had just woken up rolled
