I’ve placed 4 online pickup orders in the last 2 months, and every single one has been wrong or incomplete. I have a small baby, and having to drive back to the location every single time because they can’t fulfill a simple order correctly or receiving a kids cheese quesadilla completely burnt, is beyond frustrating.I’m not sure if there has been a change in the leadership or serious gap in the training, but this is a very basic service and there is no excuse for this happening repeatedly. This is clearly a pattern, not a one-off mistake, and it needs to be addressed.

The chips are hit or miss here. My chips are like moist and flexible and bendable. They don’t break they’re not crispy upsetting that I get charged what almost 5 dollars for a small bag of chips and I can’t even eat them.

This chipotle is by far one of the best , they always have ingredients ready. I usually go to the one on Sunset and stephanie but the last 4 times I went to the sunset rd chipotle, they didnt have salad dressing and today they didnt have steak and said they were not going to be cooking anymore ( at 5pm 🤨.) So my husband and I drove all the way to this location for the 2nd time and they had salad dressing as well as steak ready and the portions were awesome. Definitely will be coming here instead going forward.

To go orders are never ready on time, they are often out of certain meats, and the orders lack ingredients, are incorrect, and much smaller than normal. Disappointed in this location and the terrible service. This has happened several times. The burrito had no sour cream, cheese, or lettuce. It was full of white rice which was incorrect with barely any meat. What a joke.
