We picked up a to go order and I was shocked. My burrito bowl was half full. There’s tons of sour cream when I didn’t ask for extra, next to no chicken, and hardly any lettuce when I requested extra. My son’s quesadilla was literally a folded in half tortilla and they left items off of our order. The extra tortillas we ordered on the side weren’t even fully wrapped. The quality is so shockingly bad that I don’t even want it at this point. I don’t think we will be ordering Chipotle again especially from this location.

When I entered there was no one ready beside the counter to take my order. After 5 minutes someone finally arrived and just took a bowl without asking me if I wanted a burrito or not. I did want a burrito and gave me an attitude once I said I wanted a burrito. They gave horrible portions it was honest half scoops each time I politely asked for something. Never ever coming here again, also gave me a bag of stale chips. Service here is terrible. Find a better location that this to all future chipotle eaters.

Horrible service. My cheese wasn't melted on my quesadilla amd they gave me a tablespoon at best of sour cream. Can tell they totally did not care about their service. Also my bowl had maybe 8 pieces of chicken. Gone are the days of chipotle actually filling their bowls like in the early 2010s. This is the worst chipotle, go to another one.
