Employees ignore or act like they can't hear. They have really gotten stingy with their serving size. Just got like 3 bell peppers when asked for fajitas and barely any lettuce. Also was a big piece of bone in the chicken. I love Chipotle so sadly I'll just try to go to a different location where service is better.

I am writing to express concern regarding an interaction I experienced during a recent pickup order at your restaurant. Upon arriving, I provided my name to Devon. After locating my order, he appeared to read the name on the bag for an extended period and then simply turned the bag around and said, “Here you go,” requiring me to walk behind the counter to retrieve my order myself. As a frequent customer of this location, I have never previously been asked or expected to enter an employee-only area to collect my food.
