The manager’s behavior or whomsoever tried to behave like a manger .. on 19th June 2026… around 2 pm…, That person’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional at the service window. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.she shut the window on us after passing dirty comment . Management should seriously address this issue and ensure customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy. We will never be returning to this location, and we will certainly be recommending the same to others in our plaza.. Many of the nearby

Every time I drive by this Tim Hortons for steeped tea, I always get freshly brewed tea! By the time I reach the window, Manreet always greets me kindly, is kind and respectful and provides exceptional customer service! It leaves me in a positive and happy mood before heading to work! Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. I ordered a toasted bagel along with an Iced Coffee, and both were fresh and really tasty. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the coffee was refreshing. Service was quick, staff was polite, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited
