Arushi Arushi★The manager’s behavior or whomsoever tried to behave like a manger .. on 19th June 2026… around 2 pm…, That person’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional at the service window. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.she shut the window on us after passing dirty comment . Management should seriously address this issue and ensure customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy. The bagel was perfectly toasted and the coffee was refreshing. Service was quick, staff was polite, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
