had a really good experience at Tim Hortons recently, and it honestly made my day better. As soon as I walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming. The staff greeted me with a smile and were very patient while I decided what to order. Even though there was a small line, the service was quick and organized. I ordered a hazbrown and a breakfast flatebread. The coffee was fresh, rich, and perfectly made—not too strong and not too weak. The breakfast flatebread was warm and tasty, with fresh ingredients that made it satisfying without feeling too heavy.

This Tim Hortons is a disgrace. Always people on drugs sleeping on tables, in doorways, against the entry, etc. And this is okay. Every time you enter, it's a crowd of people you have to get past and they big for money. The bathrooms are not usable. Walked in the bathroom and out. Human waste, tie offs, needle caps, etc. I had an employee call an ambulance for an unresponsive male inside. I had to beg and they made me feel like a fool. Like it was an inconvenience. This place makes me sick. Slow and understaffed as well.

Terrible place to visit! Atmosphere was nothing, because nobody was in there! They had no donuts or anything in the display case and this was about 7pm. Go waste your money on they're terrible service and product!

This place is chronically understaffed, and the staff who are there rarely have any sense of urgency or customer care. Today, I placed an order at the kiosk: it took 12 minutes to get my food, and another 10 minutes for a brewed coffee and muffin from the same order. I watched people who ordered both before and after me get their order. The other big problem that affects others is the chronic understaffing. I have not seen more than 3 people working on the floor at any given time, even as a semi-regular. This explains why the restaurant is often untidy, there are long wait times (even when nob
