The new staff is super friendly and quick with service, which makes the whole experience even better. My order was perfect, and the coffee tasted great as always. My husband and I go to this location mostly because it’s the one that’s closest to our house; and I would say that 9 times out of 10 our order is wrong in some way or another: coffee isn’t stirred, ask for milk and get cream, or our food is wrong; and today it was the latter. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwich combos with the hash brown; coffees were fine but the food was entirely screwed up. One sandwich was supposed to be sausage, the other bacon. Definitely the best Tim Hortons in brantford. Super fast service with super friendly staff! Food always tastes fresh, and my iced coffee is always made to the way I love! 10/10 recommend! They also recently upgraded their interior, making it super warm and welcoming!
