I’ve been coming to Tim Hortons almost every day, usually during the late evenings, and the experience has always been amazing. The breakfast and beverages are consistently great, but what truly stands out is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thanks to Guri and Raj for always being so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. After long days, it’s genuinely nice to be greeted with such positive energy and excellent customer service. As a regular customer, I truly appreciate all the hard work. Thank you for making every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable!

Told to fill out a survey and use it to get French Vanilla, Hot Chocolate, or Ice Coffee for $1. When I brought it back they said it doesn’t show and told to pay full price. Bad customer service, zero apology. Avoid this place.

My bowl wasn’t made properly So i went and i asked if i can talk to a manager she claimed to be manager and didn’t have anything to do with customer service She told me its made like this only and didn’t know how to speak to a guest. She was yelling about the procedure . She was offended because of that and had no clue on how to fix it i just walked away coz they started talking in their language like srsly? I work in F&B too trust me this is not how u talk to them U got one less guest congrats. Enjoy. (Not that u care of) Going to Tims used too be a nice experience such ppl make it worse. Pls

I had an amazing experience at this Tim Hortons! The store was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming right from the moment I walked in. The coffee was fresh, the food was delicious, and everything was served promptly.
