It's a very classic Tim Hortons in today's standards. The food is overpriced for what you get, but some items are quite tasty. There's not enough donut selection outside the classics, which are quite underwhelming given they don't taste fresh. And the drinks are quite basic and often not flavorful. It comes with a very slow service, and uncomfortable seating. It's also terrible to walk to, no paths leading to the door.

I got myself a hot large chai latte through the drive-through. It wasn’t until I had driven off and checked the cup that I realized the drink wasn’t filled all the way to the top. This is a latte, so the top portion would have been foam anyway. I paid for a large latte and feel like I got ripped off. FYI the picture was taken before I took a sip.

"I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me with a smile, making the visit feel very welcoming. My order was prepared quickly, and the coffee was fresh and hot, exactly what I needed for a quick caffeine fix. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and I really enjoyed the variety of fresh donuts and their new loaded bowls, which were surprisingly hearty and flavorful. It's always a reliable spot for a fast breakfast or snack on the go. I’ll definitely be coming back

Rude ,ignorant staff no customer service skills whatsoever. This is one of the worst Tim Hortons in all of Ottawa. I mean every single fast food restaurants going to shit these days but this Tim Hortons is the worst don’t waste your time or your money. You’ll be very disappointed here the quality of the food the quality of the staff it’s all garbage read the reviews for yourselves before you visit this trash place!!!!
