As always, Tim Hortons forgot to put bacon and sausage in my order. Paying $9 for this awful, incomplete sandwich is a robbery. Very disappointing.

Couldn't order the drink (orange frozen) I wanted as, even though it's advertised, they don't do. They initially gave me the wrong flavour of donut. They didn't have the omelette bites my wife asked for, and when my wife mentioned to the staff member to give her a variety of timbits, she got 2 (out of about 8) different flavours only. To top it off, my friend got given the wrong drink and it had to be redone. I'm from the UK and this is my first Tim Hortons. Never again as it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. Definitely majorly let's Canada down!
