Very disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons location. Manager Amit Sethi showed very rude and unprofessional behavior towards customers. Staff attitude was not welcoming at all. Also, the store does not even have a proper point machine available, which creates inconvenience for customers during payment. Overall, the experience was poor and management seriously needs to improve customer service and basic facilities.

Its been second time here. Earlier we ordered steeped tea. They punch steeped tea but we receive coffee when we ask them to change they talk rudely. This morning also we ordered steeped tea triple triple they again gave us coffee. They punch correct but give wrong. Please work on listening the orders correctly.

They often close before their scheduled closing time and don't even mark it on Google Maps. It's a wasted trip. Like today, I went at 3:50 PM and they were already closed. They're supposed to be open until 5 PM.
