Randomly stopped in last night after an evening tour of the city. From the ourside, it looks like a basic pub. The place is compact and the bar was packed. We walked up to the empty restaurant and the waiter decided to talk down to us - not a good first impression. He asked if we had a reservation and I said no and he instructed me to go downstairs to arrange and wait. I respect the process but there is a kinder way to communicate.
