When this place first opened the coffee was quite nice but over time it's gotten worse. Last time I ordered from here the person who made my cappuccino by pouring the coffee from one cup into and serving it me.. Now I'm no Barista but that's not how you make a cappuccino. It's no wonder the coffees taste like hot milk with a little coffee. The coffees here are highly dependent on the syrups they use to carry flavour and even that can let you down.

Came into store and was instantly welcomed with the best customer service and a lovley smile from a staff member called Rosie . She really made my day and was great at helping me choose from the menu . This girl deserves a raise or bonus , you should be very honored to have her at your store She is genuinely exceptional thank u !

Convenient for EV charging at Arnold Clark. Open inside area with outside seating and drive through. Friendly staff. Usual Starbucks fare and the premium cost. Whiled away an hour on a comfy seat. Loads of unwashed crockery on the tables despite appearing to be several staff working. Toilets clean but ignorant users broken the toilet roll and put cardboard in the ladies bin.

Amazing Pumpkin spice latte! Best coffee definitely! Shout out to Paige who was very patient and kind while taking our big order, she was very lovely and the pumpkin cold brew was truly amazing, wish it was available all year x
