My partner is visually impaired and we gor iced coffees which were lovely the lady who made the drinks told us to sit down I popped out for a bit and the lady was great with my partner signing and giving her instructions where the drinks were fantastic service and this is the best experience we have ever had

The café features a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, making it a great spot to take a break from walking along the busy street. The baristas were incredibly friendly and prepared my order quickly. Both the handcrafted espresso drink and the fresh pastry I ordered were delicious and served at the perfect temperature, maintaining the high standard you expect from the brand.

The coffee was disgusting, many of the tables weren't wiped clean, and the toilet also required a password. The Chai latte tasted way too sweet and the foam was practically overflowing. The ube vanilla matcha was even worse - it smelled revolting and tasted like grass you'd find in a farm (mind you I like matcha). The service was okay at best.
