I had a disappointing experience at this M&S store today with a staff member named Margaret. She was very rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional, which made my shopping experience quite uncomfortable. This isn’t the level of service I expect from M&S — I hope management addresses this and provides proper customer service training so other customers aren’t treated the same way.

Having this M and S as are local store of fantastic. The staff at this particular store are all excellent. Would like to give Danny ( manager) a shout out.
