My god what a major disappointment. Had a table booked for 11 people , a family get together. Was disaster from start to finish . Saw only 2 members off staff the whole time , a chap on the till at the bar ( great friendly guy I will point out ) .And a lady who I believe was a manager , but wasn’t doing much managing . Carvery only had turkey , ran out of all other meat , so we all chose off the menu . Waited , and waited , after 45 minutes we were asked had we all ordered , so we replied yes 45 minutes ago , waited , waited an hour and 15 minutes until food started coming out , and omg who wa

The grayling food & drinks are always great,always hot food & very tasty Actually the best beef burger around 😋 Zoe is absolutely amazing 🤩always smiling And always takes the time to talk to my autistic daughter ( 3rd visit here this week) makes us feel so welcome every time 🥰 Can not wait to come back again All the staff are friendly & very welcoming too 😁 can highly recommend a visit you won't be disappointed ....oh & try the carvery it's so nice not to have to wait till a Sunday for one as they have it here 7 days a week !

Good food, slow service at the bar. Seemed short staffed as only 1 occupational 2 people at the bar serving on mother's day,one of busiest days of the year. Exterior of building needs maintenance eg. Paintwork, dirty windows,doors shabby etc Interior furniture worn,torn and tired . Nice place,well laid out, shame about the above mentioned. However would come again.
