Staff were excellent, food was good and very good location for many things in Llanelli, including right near the Parc Y Scarlets too. We were served by a few people, but Jason was the one who introduced himself and was so helpful and friendly, plus couldn't do enough to help us! Great service from Jason and the rest of the team!

My first visit, and will definitely return. It was inviting, and staff served us straight away. The daily carvery was very nice, plenty of meat was given, and lovely gravy. Some of the veg was obviously frozen. They were also good on providing a Gluten Free meal for my daughter.

Steak and ale pie black crust hard, I thought they were microwave meals but it were burnt , partners looked like they were no meat on it.next thing a smelly dog came to the table next to us whilst eating. Dirty walls too Lovely service, friendly nice beer served by polite waitresses lovely service. I didn't complain as I don't like to make a fuss Hotel room, standard got what you expect, but even for the price I didn't expect dirty walls and a bedside light to fall over to hit my 3 year old in the face. Luckily she wasn't really injured

We took the grandchildren here for tea yesterday, they have already been here with thier parents so knew exactly what they wanted. The staff were lovely, the place looked clean and comfortable, we opted for the Carvery, the children ordered what they wanted, the staff were very helpful. As we were early in the evening we caught it quite empty, nice looking little tables outside under cover, for when the weather is suitable. The food was typically standard carvery, but was warm and fresh. We did enjoy the food and will definitely think of calling back, easy to get to, large parking area, and
