I go Costa very frequently, however, on this occasion- it immensely let me down. The service, the drink itself, and the overall vibe of the cafe was poor. I ordered a salted caramel frappé, my usual order, and the woman who created the drink on 15/02/2026 3:30pm didn’t do the best job- the drink was far too thick and she needed to scoop it out of the blender (literally looked like concrete compared to the other times I’ve had it). I went here on sunday, the 15th of february around 3:30pm. Ordered my usual order which is a caramel frappe. As I was waiting for the worker to finish making it, I could watch her struggle to actually get the frappe out the blender with how thick it was. It wasn’t even pourable, just straight up wet concrete consistency and she had to scrape it out with a spoon to even get it in our cups. My boyfriend mentioned something to the worker about how thick the frappe was but was just met with a rude attitude of a different worker trying to assure us that this is the way it‘s supposed to be, even tho
