Great smash burger and good fries, the creamsicle float and root beer float were ok. Floats were about the same price as the burger (as of April 2026) but it was our first time there and I wanted one. Clean bathroom and relaxed interior. They want you to order on a kiosk and take a number so it's not very personal, but good enough to go back to!

Placed my order around 12:05, was told 12:15-12:20 pick up through drive through window. The app said they’ll send a text when order is ready and since I still hadn’t received text by 12:30, I drove through asking for status update, then had to drive through 3 times per their request while everyone else was picking up orders without issues. My order was finally ready by 12:50 (30 min after promised time). Text was still not sent after all this so if i personally hadn’t checked on the order, not sure how long I’ve had to wait. The k shack fried chicken sandwich had a decent portion size, but the sauce tasted horrible like it had been sitting out and the chicken itself was really bland. The k shack BBQ burger was slightly better but had a soggy bun and no real flavor in the meat. The bacon cheese fries were probably the best part, though the cheese wasn't great and the fries were just okay. Honestly, I’d rather just go to McDonald's at this point because the quality here just isn't there for the price, definitely not worth the $31 I paid for it
