Well.... I mean, I know we are reducing food quantities, but this is crazy lol. At least I got a free McDouble in my McDonald's game piece... I just ordered, and haven't taken a single fry out. And I double checked the bag in case any were dumped it in. All I ordered was a drink and fries, nothing else. So it's kinda noticeable... just order smalls yall, you spend less and get more 🤣

On November 21, 2025 I purchased a Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries, and a drink at your location at 7915 N Davis Hwy, Pensacola, FL. At the kiosk I intended to order a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, but the order I received was incorrect. I did not open or consume the food. After my order was delivered to my table I notified the employee who brought the tray that I intended to order a double and that I was willing to pay the difference for the additional patty. Ordered on door dash: I live less than 10 minutes from the store, so I know it wasn't the driver's fault. I had 2 large fries, neither was full, and both were extremely cold and restless, as if made 2 hours before I tried them. I got my food in 20 minutes. I wouldn't mind if they were re-dipped, but these fries seemed to have actually been old. It wouldn't have hurt to atleast fill the LARGE FRY CUPS . I basically got 2 medium fries when I paid for larges.

Not sure why the particular location is always subpar...went there at 930 pm, had already placed an online order, and when we pulled up they said they were closed because they were "short-staffed". Based on previous experiences, I dodged a bullet. The food is never up to Mcdonalds standards and the service is terrible.
