I came to this Captain D’s with my family after a quick Wednesday trip to Michael’s and Dick’s and it was a good experience. I’d do it again. The staff was very nice and had a good sense of humor. It felt like 90% of the other customers were over the age of 65. That’s okay though! All vibes. It was relatively empty and the food was just as good as you’d expect it to be. A better Long John Silvers! Took a bit to get our food, but it was a busy lunch time and we definitely knew it was fresh! Large portions and reasonably priced.

Not good. Fish was soggy and greasy. Texture was not like a real piece of fish. Pretty sure its some of the pond raised poisonous fish from 3rd world fish farms. The restaurant chains need to be required to post where the food they sell is coming from. Definitely not going back.

Customer Service is above and beyond. Becky took care of a mistake from a previous take out order. She is a superior manager, goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied. People like Becky is the reason for Customer retention, not just a one time visit.
