I finally had the chance to dine in today, 4/23. My kids uber Pincho all the time and I am obsessed with the Bowls! We ordered a tostone burger last week and the tostone was crispy and golden when it arrived. We're seriously experiencing a Pincho Craze in our home. Like POLLO TROPICAL, WHO? We tried Pincho and never went back to PT. Pincho has some DELICIOUS ingredients and building a bowl is always a perfect combo. From the moment I walked in Emily was amazing. She was very bubbly and very welcoming. I noticed she hand delivered all the food like a server and was very attentive to her guest. When I got my food the kitchen staff apologized for the state of my plantain bun and told me they were bringing me more. Showing the staff takes their job seriously and wants to give you the best quality food. I ate the food anyways and it was super good even if it didn't meet the kitchen staffs standards. I love the food mainly the plantain chicken sandwich cause it's a perfect blending of American and Latin food. W
