Pincho used to be my go to place years ago. It has been over 6 years that I’ve eaten there. Today I was in the area and was hungry. I was thinking of picking up a burger when I saw Pincho. I took that as a signed and stopped to have lunch there. My first impression when I walked in is that I could not believe how much the menu had changed. Once I saw all the bowls option, i decided not to have a burger. I tried the featured dish chimichurri bowl and I really liked it. It was very filling. Even though I live nearby I had not dared to come but today was the day and I am glad to come. What a delicious hamburger!!!, good flavor and in particular I never finish one of that size but this one is so soft and tasty that nothing was left. I recommend that you come. Also keep in mind is better dine in because to take out the food doesn’t looks as in the restaurant

Overall pincho is a 5 star for me. Today I'm putting 3 star particularly for this location at Pinecrest. This is the 3rd or 4th time at this location that its very unpleasant to eat at. The food is good like any other pincho. But the environment sucks at this location. It's super hot and humid inside. A/C is non existent here. Im literally eating and sweating. Also the floors always feel greasy and the majority of the tables inside are super sticky and gunky feeling. Not a good vibe while trying enjoy a meal Kendall also feels grimy too but Pinecrest is way worse

11/24/25 - 2nd time here... Had the Pan con Pincho (Steak) with tostones and my daughter had the Perfecto Burger with sweet potatoe fries. The pan con pincho wasn't that great. It barely had 3 chunks of chewy overcooked meat. It was mostly bread and lettuce. The tostones were pretty bad. Likely frozen type that were fried. The edges of the tostones were crispy but the center inside was stale and chewy. My daughter actually liked her perfecto burger, but the sweet potatoe fries were so so.
