I ordered 2 of the 3pcs chicken tenders meals but when I got home there were only two and they were so tiny like they were for a kids meal. I immediately called the number on the receipt several times but no manager and/or employee answered the phone. I was soooo pissed because I live a good distance away and we were hungry and didn’t want to waste time or gas to drive all the way back into town to resolve the issue.

Save your money, This has to be One of the worst restaurants in the area now. No customer service, Watered down gravy. Wrong pieces in the bucket Wrong count in bucket Missing one side Rude personal Unprofessional manager. Long wait time for your food. At $50 before taxes for a 16 piece meal you would expect better service and food To justify that price. Never returning here, Maybe Popeyes or Bojangles will appreciate my money.!

I have been going to this location regularly. The food is KFC. If you have eaten at one you have eaten at them all. But, the thing that separates them from everyone else's is the service. The team there is always polite, friendly, respectful and seem to be happy overall. That is a rare find nowadays. Finding a team that takes pride in their work and have a pleasant demeanor while working just the service industry uses rare in this day and age.
