Great place to waste your time and get your order wrong. Last I checked I could read and the receipt says NO PICKLES AND CHEESE. In capital letters too! Not to mention I asked for Monterey jack cheese not american

Drive thru, forgot my daughter's wing order, got home & I called to request a replacement. Manager ask that I had to bring back all the food back, "company policy", did not get a receipt, so I could not use that, but I had the order ticket on the bag to reference. Went back she addressed me as "Boy"! & kept telling me to ssshh! I returned the whole order & asked for a refund, she started ringing up one item at a time, instead of pulling up up the order & issue the refund, but I guess the education level just was not there. Hope the store video is reviewed for management to understand the

Came in very late and Mrs. Ella was so amazing! She gave us time to walk through the menu, she was patient with my son as he order for himself for the first time and she was really really sweet. She brought our food to the table as well! Shout Out to you Mrs. Ella for outstanding customer service!

The staff was fine. What bothers me is that I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for my food so I thought it would be fresh and hot. Neither happened. While I'm at it, put ketchup salt and pepper in the bag!
